Bug is still open though - I want to add some assertions to trap a bug
I suspect is in the word importer (or the document could be bad, who
knows).

Partial fix for #1157: Make all Runs (except fp_TextRun) share the
same (dummy) findMaxLeftFitSplitPointInLayoutUnits implementation.
