Sorry to ask on the list but I can't find the answer
in the AbiWord help, or doing Google searches.

I want to use Abi's command line interface to convert
files on a remote unix system. I have no X server
so this is the only way I can run AbiWord.

I've tried these commands with 1 and 2 dashes:
    -h
    -help
    -from foo.txt -to foo.rtf

    I always get this error:
    Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display:

Wasn't there some discussion recently about using
AbiWord this way without involving X? What was the
result? I can't find a bug related to this - is there
one or should I file one?

    Andrew Dunbar.
