Fixed couple of problems with language handling; we now store a
document-wide default for lang in the AW file, when the document is
created this is taken from the user's preferences (we still need some
GUI for manipulating document level properties though). I have also
got rid of the superfluous lang attribute that has recently appeared in
the file alongside the lang property.
