    Hi Jesper

    Of course there's such a dialog. It was one of the first things I added
    in the very first development experiments.
    When a dictionary isn't found for a language it will (on a
    hashDownloader enabled build) pop up a dialog that says "I could not
    find a dictionary for %s. Would you like me to try downloading it from
    the internet?" [Yes] [No]
