Being bored, I merged the GTK2 branch with HEAD locally. After quite
some merge errors and the porting of the Insert Table, Mark Revisions
and List Revisons dialogs to GTK2, everything was able to compile and
run, also with Xft turned on!

I'll do some random cleanup of the code to get most things to work
nicely. When I'm done with that, I plan to commit all the changes to
HEAD, which will remove the current GTK1.2 support.
Also, the GNOME build will be TOTALLY broken, since no work on that has
been done. Very much of the old GNOME code can be ditched though, cause
most of it is now handled by GTK2. Anyone care for a GNOME2 port?
