Implemented fp_Container::isOnScreen() and
fl_ContainerLayout::isOnScreen() methods; they are not used
anywhere at the moment, yet.

fixed a bug in fv_View::getPageScreenOffsets()

fixed fp_Line::getWidth and getWidthInLayoutUnits() methods,
added getDrawingWidth() method.
