Gents:

I'm running A-W_1.0.2 on WinME : sys = AMD/ASUS/HP_420 deskjet

Abi-word fails to print properly ... instead of words I get a solid
ink-smear length of the printing. All other printing within the system
works well (M$-Word, NS, WordPad etc )

A-W_1.0.2 works just fine in my other AMD box and all versions have.
What's possible is that the ASUS-A7v333 box has 'bi-directional'
parallel port enabled in BIOS. Can this mess up AbiWords printing !?
