Unfortunately, AbiWord doesn't currently support Endnote citations.
There's a request in Bugzilla for this feature
(http://bugzilla.abisource.com/show_bug.cgi?id=3309), but I think it's
fair to say that it lacks an interested developer and won't be done in
the foreseeable future.
