Bad quality of graphics when printed to file

Hi all,

as it is my first post, I'd like to start off with thanking the
developers for doing such a great job. I like AbiWord enough not to turn
away at minor annoyances, but rather try and find a solution.

I have been working on a paper with AbiWord 2.0.12 on Fedora Core 3. I'm
sorry about not testing on 2.2 also, but the upgrade would cascade and
I'd end up with an unstable system.

So the issue is the creation of PostScript or PDF. The text and the
layout are perfect, but the images I have included in the document end
up "smudged", instead of with their good quality as visible while editing.

What settings might I be able to tweak to turn this behaviour off,
perhaps at the cost of leaving the images uncompressed? Is it maybe
fixed in the new version, and my problem is really obsolete?
