Mac: Stripped Paragraph Styles

Abi 2.4.0 for Macs OS 1.3.9:

Imported RTF files with assorted paragraph styles, and found that
while Abi accurately formatted the text, it also stripped paragraph
style links so that later modifying of styles only affects one
paragraph rather than all same styled paragraphs.

Also needed; a way for Abi to reject loading .sxw files rather than
attempt to load them and crash. Many non-techies assume open source
files are all the same and thus interchangeable and so any open
source files load the same, as some workers try with K-Office and OOo,
