    Delete whole tables. undo delete text in tables work right now.

    So now if you select all the way from before one of the a table to all the
    way to other, you can delete a table. Also undo after deleting within a
    table puts the text back in the correct place.

    Unfortunately undo deleting a table doesn't work yet. I will fix it but I
    have to do something else now so I thought I'd commit this anyway.
