The Download_File dialog now has it's own progressbar on Unix GTK builds
with threads enabled. Most of the code is in xp, and the platform
specific code should be pretty much a subset of the platform code for
the statusbar. The xp code just needs a graphic context to paint on,
that's all that's required from the platform code.
For ease of development, the other platforms have the progressbar
disabled completely on thread-enabled builds.
On builds with threads disabled, the statusbar will be used, as before.
