it is great that you like Abiword and are interested enough to get
involved but I feel I should stop you for a second and warn you a litle
about what you should expect so that you wont be dissappointed by the
predictable responses to your requests.

essentially we do appreciate all the suggestions but there are more hours
in the day than there are active developers. not everything will get
done, and your will gradually get a better understanding of what is most
likely to get fixed and what is not. (Integration with third party
proprietary software is one of those extremely unlikely things to happen.)
